By using Towns Trend websites or apps you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your phone and device secure. Trusted-device rules may limit live membership QR access to one active device at a time.
Membership, rewards & referrals
- Membership activation requires successful server-confirmed payment where applicable.
- Loyalty points are merchant-specific and are not a global wallet balance.
- Welcome rewards and referrals follow published program rules and may be revoked for abuse.
Events & tickets
Event organizers set ticket prices, inventory, and event policies. Ticket issuance occurs only after Towns Trend confirms payment with the payment provider. Organizer cancellation and refund rules are shown on the event where available.
Merchants
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of business listings, offers, loyalty programs, and event content they publish. Towns Trend may suspend listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Sponsored advertising
- Sponsored placements are optional paid packages configured by Towns Trend.
- All sponsored inventory must remain clearly labeled Sponsored.
- Payment alone does not override relevance, frequency, or safety rules.
- Creatives require moderation/approval before delivery.
- Analytics shown to merchants are aggregate only — not individual customer ad history.
- Towns Trend does not guarantee sales, footfall, or revenue from advertising.
- Cancellation and refund handling follows verified payment records and published package rules.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt fraud, scrape private data, abuse referrals or rewards, interfere with scanners, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse.
Payments
Payments are processed in INR. Platform event commission is currently 0%. Gateway fees charged by the payment provider may still apply. Client-side payment success alone does not activate membership or issue tickets.
Liability
Towns Trend provides a technology platform connecting customers and local businesses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for merchant goods/services, event experiences, or third-party payment outages beyond our reasonable control.
